Reserved Grooming Reservation Request
Due to the recent reconfiguration of the Barnett Arena grooming spaces are limited. Reserved grooming spaces are available for $50.00 for three days. Power is available but not guaranteed. Spaces will be approximately 6 ft.t x 8 ft. This is designed for the convenience of exhibitors wanting space available regardless of the time that they arrive. Free grooming will be available on a first come, first served basis. You may use ONE socket per outlet. Please bring a power strip. Ringside crating is available no more than 30 minutes prior to judging and MUST be removed immediately after judging.
RULES
1. All grooming spaces will be assigned in the order the reservation is received on the club’s website. ALL GROOMING RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE ONLINE.
2. No exercise pens, cocker pens, puppy pens, mats or floor coverings are allowed.
3. You may not request a particular space or to be set up near another exhibitor. You may not reserve more than three spaces. Please share and stack crates if necessary.
4. If you do not need a whole space, please share with another exhibitor.
5. Due to fire/safety regulations, any running cords across walkways may lose the privilege of having power.
6. Grooming areas will be available by 3:00 pm Thursday . No one is allowed in the building until all floors are marked. If you would like to get in early, volunteer to help mark floors. Questions: grooming@rapidcitykc.org
